ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

After specialising in Drawing and Painting, Liz Knox graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 1971.

In 2003, she decided to leave lecturing to paint full time and on the same day, was awarded The Aspect Prize. She now exhibits throughout Britain, with regular solo exhibitions in London.

An elected artist member of The Glasgow Art Club, Paisley Art Institute, Visual Arts Scotland and The Glasgow Society of Women Artists, Knox is at present, Vice President of Paisley Art Institute and a council member of The Glasgow Art Club.
